About the role:

nearbuy.com is growing and we are looking for a rockstar recruiter to join the team and support Business Hiring (tech & non-tech both). The recruiter will work closely with the HR manager and business leaders to execute hiring mandates, while facilitating a seamless and positive candidate experience. We are looking for a fast paced recruiter who has a strong bias for action and a desire to make an impact on our growing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from building pipeline to closing candidates
  • Deploy multiple sourcing channels to creatively identify and tap talent
  • Manage posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels, while assessing the ROI on responsiveness, quality and costs
  • Own the full execution of the recruitment process from sourcing to closure including recruitment administration
  • Act with urgency and manage a high volume of inbound and referral candidates
  • Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers by making recommendations on our hiring process, setting recruiting best practices and providing regular updates
  • Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Manager
  • Coordinate and partner with external recruitment agencies as may be required
  • Support the manager in various hiring related projects and surveys to refine the current hiring practices

  1. Graduate/Post Graduate with 1 - 2 yrs of recruitment experience (Mandatory)
  2. Must have handled volume recruitment and strong hands on experience in job portals
  3. Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  4. Skilled in soliciting input and proactively evaluating candidate needs
  5. Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence colleagues
  6. Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify strong industry talent.
  7. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
  8. Positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation are all essential.
  9. Strong interpersonal and social skills.
